You shouldn’t have to sit in a waiting room for hours wondering if you’ll get the care you need. But unfortunately – that’s a standard in America. It shouldn’t be.
Our company was started by two young clinicians who met in the urgent care industry and saw an opportunity to disrupt it. Our founders saw firsthand how people cringe when they sit in dingy waiting rooms all day or how frustrated people get when they’re already in pain – and greeted at a front desk with zero empathy. Throw in a 5 minute overly rushed visit with a physician, and most leave wondering what “care” they even received in the first place. When care lacks compassion, empathy, reliability and efficiency, people lost faith in their providers.
